Address and email information
Always make sure to check that you have entered your address and email address correctly. If there is an error in the email address provided, you will not receive an order confirmation or Track and Trace number for your order.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided immediately after purchase. If you do not receive this order confirmation, please contact us at post@miniseum.dk
Missed shipments
If you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop, please note the collection deadline. If the deadline is exceeded, the package will be returned to us for a fee. See the section on uncollected packages.

Payment
Miniseum accepts payment with VISA-DANKORT, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and are incl. 25% VAT. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped from Miniseum. If we are unable to deliver the entire order, we can reduce your payment to the new order total. However, we cannot increase the amount if you want to add one or more product lines.
Miniseum uses a payment system that is approved and certified by PBS. All communication between the Payment System and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). This ensures that unauthorized persons cannot see the data that is exchanged.
Delivery
Terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from Miniseum. Free shipping for purchases over 1000.00 DKK. This only applies in Denmark, but does not apply to the sale and delivery of dollhouses. For free shipping of dollhouses, it will be described for the individual product. The processing time is normally 1-3 days, unless the item is sold out. You will then receive information about this by email. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, unless these fall on a public holiday/closed day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day (Monday - Friday). In connection with holidays and public holidays, longer delivery times may occur.
The freight is calculated based on weight.
The order is shipped with PostNord and will receive a tracking number. For delivery outside Denmark, please check the Shipping Rates for other EU countries or non-EU countries. For shipping to the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland and Finland, please inquire.
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed or refused packages are not considered a valid use of the right of withdrawal. Unclaimed or refused packages will have return costs deducted from the amount refunded when we receive the order.
The amount will be refunded upon receipt of the package.

Right of complaint
Warranty and complaints: According to the Danish Sales Act, Miniseum provides a 2-year warranty from the invoice date for manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. The invoice must be presented to Miniseum.dk in connection with exercising the warranty. Any complaints about defects or errors in delivered products must be made by email: post@miniseum.dk within a reasonable time after the buyer has discovered the error. Please state what the defect/error is and attach a photo of it.
Right of withdrawal
If you notify us that you have regretted the purchase within 14 days of delivery, Miniseum will refund the amount received for the item, provided that Miniseum has received the returned item. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. The notification must be given by email to: post@miniseum.dk In the email, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, together with a copy of the invoice. You must bear all costs associated with shipping the item.
Returned goods
You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. Returned goods sent to us by cash on delivery or prepaid will not be accepted. Miniseum will return the amount for the returned goods to your account on the same day we receive the goods.
